If a payment fails or the service provider rejects the transaction, your money is automatically refunded. No action needed from you. We confirm every delivery before marking a transaction as successful — if it doesn’t go through, you get your money back.

Disputed transactions
24 – 72 hoursIf you were charged but didn’t receive the service, we investigate with the provider and resolve within 24 to 72 hours.
How to request a refund

- 3If the bot can’t resolve it automatically, you’ll be connected to our support team on WhatsApp.

What’s not refundable
Once a service has been successfully delivered — airtime loaded, data applied, meter credited, subscription activated — we cannot reverse it. These are processed by third-party providers and are final once confirmed.
If you sent a payment to the wrong number or meter, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but successful deliveries are generally non-refundable.
